Install this portal as an App on your Home Screen / Desktop. Standard browser bookmarks will not receive background alerts.
Set system prompts to Allow Notifications. iOS users must launch the installed app icon from their Home Screen (iOS 16.4+ required).
Once registered below, contact the I.T. Helpdesk to verify and assign your specific operational alert channels.
Notify I.T. immediately if your device is replaced, reset, or lost. Ensure your device's Focus / Do Not Disturb mode allows app alerts.
